Reading and writing
For help with reading the complaint form or writing down your information, call the Tasmanian literacy hotline 1300 002 610 or visit the 26TEN website.
Interpreters and translators
The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) has interpreters in more than 120 languages and dialects. To use the service, you can either contact us or the TIS directly on 1300 655 820.
Deaf, hearing or speech impaired
Contact us through the National Relay Service using one of these options:
- TTY users phone 133 677 then ask for 1300 720 289
- Speak and Listen users phone 1300 555 727 then ask for 1300 720 289
- Internet relay users connect to the National Relay Service (NRS) and ask for 1300 720 289
