A statutory declaration must be provided by all individuals who conduct lobbying activities, covering all persons employed, contracted or otherwise engaged by the lobbyist to carry out lobbying activities on behalf of a client.  The declaration must be provided to the CEO within 10 business days of 30 June each year, and whenever there is a change to any of their details. See Sections 5.5 and 10.1 of the Code of Conduct for more information.

Please ensure all sections of the statutory declaration are completed and that the declaration is witnessed by an appropriately qualified person. More information about who may witness a statutory declaration is available on the Department of Justice Website.

Incomplete statutory declarations may delay the processing of an application for inclusion on the Register of Lobbyists.
