Informed by the findings of our own-motion investigation, Operation Victor, the Guide to Managing Misconduct is a series of good practice fact sheets on undertaking misconduct investigations in the Tasmanian public sector.

The fact sheets focus on the three stages of dealing with misconduct:

  • handling the allegation and deciding whether to investigate
  • investigating misconduct
  • ensuring that the outcomes are adequate and appropriate
