Due to the nature of our legislation, we can only publish investigation reports and details of investigations after a report has been tabled in Parliament. This section allows you to navigate to past investigations where a report has been tabled, and you can review investigation details and download the tabled report.
Not all investigations have a report tabled in Parliament - the Board of the Commission will decide in each matter whether it is in the public interest for a report to be tabled and made public. Where a report is not tabled, the investigations are provided as anonymised summaries once they have been published within each year's annual report (required by 31 October of each year).
